Privacy policy
Last updated 4 September 2026Short version: we keep the codes you convert so you can find them again, and almost nothing else.
What we collect
Your email or Telegram username, the booking codes you submit and the codes we return, your plan and payment reference from Bachs, and basic technical logs such as device type and approximate region. To count free conversions we also keep a one-way scrambled form of your IP address — never the address itself — which is discarded at midnight. When you log in we record the device and browser you use and the same scrambled IP, to enforce the two-device limit and protect accounts.
What we never collect
Your bookmaker login details, your card number, your stake amounts, and your winnings. We have no access to your betting account.
How long we keep it
Conversion history stays 30 days, or 90 days while you have a paid plan, then is deleted. Payment records are kept as long as Nigerian tax law requires. Delete your account and the rest goes within 7 days.
Telegram
In a group or channel, the bot reads only messages that contain a booking code, and replies to you privately. It does not store other group messages.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act you can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. Write to privacy@example.com and we will respond within 30 days.
