Open Merge, choose the bookmaker the codes are from, paste 2 to 10 codes, and tap Merge. Identical picks are combined automatically; if two codes pick differently on the same match, you choose which to keep. You get one code, on the same bookmaker or another.

Questions
What if the merged slip is too big?
Most bookmakers accept up to 40 selections per slip. ConvertSlip tells you how many to drop, or you can split or optimize instead.
Does a merge count as one use?
Yes, one merge is one use of your allowance, however many codes go in.
