How to use the ConvertSlip Telegram bot
Open @ConvertSlip_bot on Telegram and paste a booking code. Tap Convert, Split or Optimize, then the bookmakers, and the bot replies with the new code and a button to open it. To merge, send /merge with two to ten codes.

Are there shortcuts?
